The National Theatre of London selected Firefly Magic® Firefly Lights to build authentic FIREFLIES IN A JAR for use on stage in the Tennessee Williams play, "The Rose Tattoo".

Firefly Magic® Firefly Lights was selected by the National Theatre of London to create a realistic effect of living fireflies in jars that would be used in their stage production of Tennessee Williams play, "The Rose Tattoo'.

According to Stephen Taylor, Lighting Effects Designer for the Sigma Two Group LLC, "It was very important that we created a very realistic special effect that would not only look like real fireflies on stage, but would be visible throughout the theater. To accomplish this we used higher output LEDs that emitted the correct wavelength of light to replicate the Photinus variety of firefly."
